Cody Teel announces his retirement from bull riding

by rodeowins

After years dedicated to bull riding, the great champion Cody Teel has officially announced his retirement.
In his own words, he recalled that all he ever wanted to be as a kid was a bull rider.

“I remember being a 14-year-old kid riding in the backyard and dreaming about the NFR. I learned the power of self-belief and how much you can accomplish if you just believe in yourself.”

From Kountze, Texas, to some of the biggest arenas in the world — Madison Square Garden, Los Angeles, the deck of the USS Lexington, and most memorable of all, Las Vegas, Nevada — Cody truly lived out all his childhood dreams.

“It was a great ride, but it’s time for me to start the next chapter of my life.”

All of us at Rodeo Wins wish him success in this new chapter and thank him for all the inspiration he brought to the world of rodeo.
